Crab-a-tizer

Just a quick update so you guys get a chance to see what Mr. Crabby-Pants was used for during my birthday dinner.
Ah yes, the first course. These were super easy to put together, and were actually everyone's favorite dish. I used some hazelnut-rice crackers (trying to design my own recipe to make them from scratch), a creamy cow's milk cheese with pepper corns, lovely fresh crab poached with lemon and butter, a pinch of sumac, and fresh chive to top it off. Overall, it was a simple appetizer with the tart lemon and sumac flavors cutting through the rich flavors of the butter and cheese. Definitely making these again!
